Michael Damiani

Chief Executive Officer
Michael Damiani - Radco CEO

Over past 35 years Michael Damiani has served in a variety of roles at Radco Industries, from plant operations to field sales and international sales management, before assuming the reigns as Chief Executive Officer in 2003. He takes pride in maintaining a clear focus on the company’s business goals while developing a world-class Management Team. Michael loves the challenges of guiding Radco Industries through the myriad of complexities in today’s business and manufacturing environment and is proud of Radco’s achievements that include awards from the U.S. Defense Department and Industry.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Tufts University (Medford, MA) with an emphasis in organic chemistry and experimental design Michael has enjoyed the opportunities to apply cutting-edge business theories and a science-based approach to the operations of a mid-size lubricant manufacturing company. Radco Industries’ rise as a global leader in the lubricant and heat transfer fluid marketplace speaks to his skills and accomplishments.

Michael is actively involved in Industry and Community organizations. He is currently serving on the Executive Committees of both the Independent Lubricant Manufacturing Association (ILMA), where he served as President from 2021-2022, and the Independent Lubricant Manufacturing Association’s (ILMA) Foundation Board.  He is also active in the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE), and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Michael also serves as the Chair of the Canterbury School (Fort Myers) Board of Trustees.

Michael also enjoys applying his athletic experience having served as a head football coach at multiple levels in both Illinois and Florida.  Beyond family activities, he is an avid golfer, musician and outdoorsman who especially enjoys upland game hunting and sporting clay shooting.

Michael and his two college-aged children reside in Southwest Florida.

Brian Finch

Executive Vice President
Brian Finch - Vice President – Military Products & Lubricants - Radco Ind

Brian joined the Radco management Team in 2012 and is responsible for the growth and management of Radco’s Military Product Division, which features the full line of RADCOLUBE® branded critical application fluids & lubricants. He is an experienced lubricants industry professional with over 25-plus years’ experience, with over 20-years’ experience specializing in Military Specification Lubricants. Over the span of his career, Brian has worked in several capacities that include sales, sales management, raw material and finished product sourcing and procurement management. Prior to joining Radco, he served as a Category Manager for Military and Commercial Aviation Lubricants and Chemicals at Haas Group International, now a division of Incora, a global provider of chemical management and distribution services. Brian is also a 12-year veteran of the US Army, serving in the Military Police. He enjoys all types of music, photography, and coaching Little League Challenger Baseball – a program for special needs children and young adults.

Lawrence J. Kendzior CPA, ABV

Vice President of Finance
Lawrence J. Kendzior CPA, ABV - Radco Vice President of Finance

Larry manages the company’s finance and accounting functions with a focus on helping the company prepare in advance for anticipated growth. He brings a broad range of experience in public accounting and financial consulting that includes an association with Radco Industries that spans over 32 years. He is especially proud of his contributions to the company’s substantial yet consistently profitable growth in a highly competitive marketplace. His goal is to continue the installation of efficient management and control systems and procedures that will keep pace with Radco Industries’ aggressive global expansion initiatives.

A graduate of Loyola University of Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, Larry is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, boating, and shooting sporting clays.

Sean M. Cook

Sean M Cook

During his 9-year tenure at Radco Industries, Sean Cook has carried a variety of roles at Radco Industries from Military Customer Service, Military Department Special Projects Supervisor, and Military Operations Manager to his present role of V.P. of Military Products & Lubricants. At Radco, Sean embraces the responsibility and challenge of helping to ensure that troops in the field have the lubricant they need to complete the mission. In day-to-day operations at Radco Industries, Sean is a firm believer in efficiency and data driven decision making to assist in driving in Radco forward.

Sean earned an Associate of Science degree from Waubonsee Community College and studied Political Science w/ emphasis on International Relations at Northern Illinois University. Sean is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 2003-2007 as an Automated Logistics Specialist, which included a tour in Iraq from 2004-2005 for which he had a chance to support logistical/convoy operations and received a Combat Action Badge for his actions on the roads. Prior to joining Radco Industries, Sean supported Military aviation applications both domestically & internationally, with tenues at Esterline (CMC Electronics) and Thales Visionix Inc., respectively. 

Sean starts his day with his favorite activity of walking his 3 beagles and spends his free time with his wife Dawn and teenage daughter Lynn.

Liz Allen

Director of Administration
Liz Allen - Director of Administration

Liz Allen is responsible for communication and safety across Radco’s departments, and company-wide recruitment. Ms. Allen ensures our facilities and IT are running smoothly both locally and remote.

Ms. Allen’s 15 years at Radco have provided her with an extensive background including Heat Transfer Fluid and Military Fluid sales and overseeing Radco’s Human Resources Department, safety, and facilities. She currently maintains her certification in Professional in Human Resources.

Prior to her tenure at Radco Industries, Ms. Allen held positions at Berkeley Homes (Denver, CO), and at Gemini Ink (San Antonio, TX) as Director of Operations.

In her off hours Liz uses her certification in redesign from Redesign Today/The Redesign Training Center in Jacksonville, FL for herself and a select few. Liz has several prose pieces published in Texas, is a playwright, and began a local production company, Potential Productions, in San Antonio TX.

Doug McKinney

Doug McKinney - Director of Science

Doug McKinney manages the product development and quality control at Radco. He is also a formulation scientist that has a keen interest developing products for challenging applications. Most recently, he has led the product development and qualification of RADCOLUBE® CLP and RADCOLUBE® BIOBASED CLP (MIL-PRF-63460F Type A and Type B, respectively).

Doug earned a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University (Dekalb, IL). Doug loves the outdoors. He goes annually on a canoe trip to the Boundary Waters Recreation Area. He enjoys all music with a special interest in the DIY [“Do-It-Yourself”] scene.  He is also a musician and a poet. Finally, you can find him most weekends spending time with his fiancé and their rescue animals.

Scott Mondi

Account Manager – Military Sales
Scott Mondi - Radco Ind Account Manager - Military Sales

Scott is responsible for sales growth within Radco’s Military Products Division, which features the full line of branded RADCOLUBE® products. Scott has deep sales and sales management experience in the chemical industry.

Prior to joining Radco, he served as a Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Market Manager-Aerospace with large global suppliers of specialty chemical products to industry. In these roles, he gained experience successfully selling metal-working lubricants, qualifying new products into the aerospace industry and selling directly to military installations. He brings the right combination of experience, technical knowledge and hustle that military procurement professionals appreciate.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Moravian College (Bethlehem, PA) where he also participated on the varsity golf and wrestling teams. He enjoys, golf, reading, coin collecting and spending time with his wife and five children at their home in Cincinnati, Ohio.
